Sculptor Bio

Kim Elliott

Kim Elliott

Kim Specialises in figurative sculpture and portraiture.
Based in Sydney, she started sculpting whilst living abroad, studying at the Brentwood School of Fine
Arts, Los Angeles. She continued her studies back in Australia at the Royal Art Society of NSW, 2005.
Kim has been sculpting for the past 15 years, and still finds capturing the beauty of figurative
sculpture, inspiring and motivating. Capturing gesture, proportion and expression is her goal.
Inspired by the detailed artistry of the great masters, Michelangelo, Bernini, Rodin, Kim is drawn to a
more traditional representation of form. The majority of her work is cast in Bronze and Glass, with
textural elements, such as Stone and Wood lending inspiration.

Kim’s desire is to create sculpture with a timeless beauty.
